There's nothing quite like an election year for politicians to make grand pronouncements and hollow promises about how they feel our pain and understand what we as modern-day American citizens go through on a daily basis. When was the last time Hillary Clinton had her luggage lost or stolen? When was the last time Barack Obama had a flight delayed or cancelled? When was the last time John McCain couldn't afford to heat his house or gas up his automobile? In order to dupe the necessary amount of voters to get elected, it is a politician's job to convince you that they will represent your best interests in our government.
